Purpose

The Mosaic Therapy Collective was created to give private practitioners a way to practice on their terms; to allow therapists the freedom to be their own boss in an environment in which that dream often seems cost and time prohibitive. Through collaboration, we seek to raise the quality of services for our clients by offering multi-disciplinary care and the shared goal of therapeutic excellence. 

Who Are We Looking For?

When you own your own business, the quality of your work is your reputation. It is one thing to be an employee, it an entirely different thing to have the success of your company rest on your ability to provide the best service. That is why private practitioners are among the most driven, dedicated and successful therapists. Our goal is for the Mosaic Therapy Collective to be comprised of the most driven therapy professionals in the area. I am looking for like minded professionals in private practice, with a focus on pediatric therapies.

What Does It Look Like?

• Limited practice overhead for collective members.

• Shared office space.

• Each practitioner has their own business entity under which they practice. 

• Each practitioner pays into the collective to cover common expenses (rent, utilities, internet, maintenance, etc). 

• Each practitioner is responsible for their own record keeping, billing and documentation. 

• The collective provides an opportunity for cross-referrals and collaborative treatment approaches, though practitioners are not required to refer within the collective.
